霓虹綠洲音樂祭擴大舉辦，為都會圈帶來冬日弛放音樂盛事。
本屆活動除了再度邀請台灣、日本、韓國、泰國等地的音樂人，更邀請到來自中國石家莊的搖滾傳奇萬能青年旅店、紐西蘭的蒙面歌手 Jonathan Bree、香港天團 RubberBand，以及前陣子於社群引起熱烈關注的金氏世界紀錄年紀最小的小學生DJ RINOKA，吸引了許多親子、寵物家庭族群一同參與本屆活動。此外，霓虹綠洲音樂祭還將新增主打嘻哈、新聲的舞台與「前夜祭」擴大舉辦，透過結合音樂祭、露營、市集，為北部都會區帶來冬日弛放音樂盛事！

年初的霓虹綠洲，以「城市中的綠洲」為主軸，座落於近郊的山林中。彙集了台、日、韓、泰，16座城市的精彩演出，集結不同音樂類型、文化、產業，讓來自台灣、日本、韓國、泰國不同城市的音樂人互相交流，促進彼此關係，打造有別以往、更加具有國際性的東亞音樂祭場景。

以風格露營、異國美食、文創選物為號召，漫步於森林間的療癒山系市集。
除了熱愛音樂的樂迷，霓虹綠洲亦提供多種露營方案，為喜愛 Outdoor 活動的親子族群、毛小孩家庭打造一起親近大自然、喘口氣的戶外音樂祭。其中本次活動的市集主題為「山林烏托邦」，以音樂、異國美食、文創選物、風格露營為號召，在被群山圍繞的新店文山農場，創造出漫步於森林間的療癒山系市集。
