①Currently, only single-person two-day tickets are available.
②Early bird combo tickets include one entry ticket each for the New Taipei “Neon Oasis Music Festival” and the Okinawa “Above the Waves Music Festival.”
③Individuals with disability certificates or relevant proof, along with one necessary companion, can purchase Charity Tickets. Please carry the original valid identification and disability certificate for entry, and if no identification is available, you will need to pay the price difference for the ticket.
④Children under the age of fifteen can enter for free when accompanied by an adult, with one adult allowed to bring a maximum of two children.
⑤Tickets for this event can be purchased using cultural currency. For more details, please contact the Klook ticketing platform.
Pre-Purchase Notices
1. This event only accepts Klook tickets, and there are no assigned seats. Entry is based on the queue order at the venue.
2. After exchanging your wristband at the entrance, it is mandatory to wear the wristband throughout the event. Entry and exit will be verified using the wristband.
3. The wristband is considered equivalent to a ticket. Do not tamper with it, cut it, or attempt to reattach it after removal. Deliberate damage will be treated as invalidation. Lost, damaged, burned, or unrecognizable wristbands will not be replaced.
4. It is strictly prohibited to remove, exchange, or resell wristbands during the event. If someone is found without a purchased ticket, holding a ticket for a different day, or not wearing a wristband, they will be required to purchase a new ticket at the original ticket price.
5. If any form of non-personal, price-inflated resale (regardless of the reason for the price increase) is discovered, the organizers reserve the right to report it to the authorities under Article 64, Paragraph 2 of the Social Order Maintenance Act.
6. The organizers have the right to deny entry to anyone with counterfeit tickets or wristbands. Do not purchase tickets from unverified sources; the organizers are not responsible for the authenticity of tickets not purchased through official channels.
Event and Venue Information
1. In the event of unforeseen factors such as adverse weather, worsening of the pandemic, or force majeure, the organizers reserve the right to adjust, adapt, or terminate the event’s content, change the venue, or replace artists.
2. The event takes place in an ecological farm, and to preserve the natural ecosystem, please maintain good public behavior and refrain from littering.
Prohibited Items and Actions
1. To ensure the safety of the event, all personal belongings and vehicles brought into the venue must undergo security checks and comply with the designated procedures.
2. Carrying any type of firearms, knives, clubs, metal objects, glass containers, or any items that pose a threat to personal safety is strictly prohibited.
3. 禁Bringing fireworks, smoke bombs, signal flares, pressurized sprays, gas canisters, kerosene, or any other flammable or explosive materials is prohibited.
4. Using remote-controlled drones, tripods, or other professional photography or videography equipment is prohibited. If it disrupts others’ enjoyment of the event and warnings are ignored, staff have the authority to request departure without refunds.
5. Carrying any items that can be thrown, launched, or sprayed and pose a risk of harm to attendees is prohibited.
6. Engaging in drunken disturbances, intentional vandalism, fighting, gambling, storing prohibited items, or any other illegal activities is strictly forbidden, and violators will be reported to the authorities.
7. Bringing, using, selling, or trading controlled substances or illicit drugs at this event is strictly prohibited, and anyone found doing so will be handed over to the police.
8. Throwing objects, climbing over barriers, or engaging in other dangerous behaviors is not allowed. If accidents occur due to violations of safety regulations, those responsible will be held accountable and required to compensate for damages.
9. Deliberate damage to environmental facilities and equipment is prohibited, and violators will be charged for the damages.
10. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. Those who repeatedly ignore this rule may be asked to leave the premises by the organizers.
For low-power electrical sockets, please bring your own extension cord, and the use of high-power appliances within the campsite is strictly prohibited.
Common water tanks, water dispensers, and refrigerators are provided.
Shower facilities are available (separated for males and females, equipped with hairdryers).
Shower cards are limited to 4 per day.
A deposit of NT$1,000 is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon check-out.
Other facilities, barbecue grills, and breakfast options can be purchased separately through an order form.
